mOrders mac v. 1.0 Thanks for trying mOrders for Macintosh. This is an early beta. Feature requests and bug reports are much appreciated! Features -------- Download, browse, edit and search your orders. E-mail template system. Print invoices or save as PDF or HTML. Create archives of your Orders. Future Features Export selected orders to various formats. Support for more than one shopping-cart account. Unlimited number of templates. Column show/hide in main window. Advanced Search Help ---- Installation Drag the 'mOrders' folder to your applications folder. That's it! Setup Start the application and enter your Username, Password, Registration Code and your e-mail address in Preferences found under the File menu. Using mOrders ------------- Downloading if the main window is not visible, select 'New' from the 'File' menu. Click the 'download' button to check for and to download new orders. Searching Use the 'Search' text-box in the top-left corner of the application to search all fields. Browsing and Editing Columns can be moved and resized. Orders can be sorted by column by clicking on the column headers. Additionally, a selected order can be viewed and edited individually using the details window, opened by clicking the 'Details' button in the main window. E-mail Clicking on the e-mail button opens the e-mail window and populates the chosen template with details for the currently selected order. Use the 'Additional message' text field to add a personal message to the e-mail. You can send, print and save the populated template. Templates The are currently four user-editable templates located in /Applications/mOrders/Templates. The templates can be edited using plain html. Use the special tags <#field> to add a field to the template. Printing and Saving an Order Printing and saving of an order can be done from the 'E-mail' window. Orders are saved as an html file. If you want to save as PDF see below. Saving/backup At the end of each session, mOrders asks you if you want to save the current document. 'New', 'Save' and 'Save as' are implemented, making easy to create backups and archives. Tips It is possible to 'Save as PDF' under the 'PDF' menu on print dialog that in opened from the 'E-mail' window It also possible to 'Send as PDF' from the same menu, allowing you to use your default mail application to handle sending an e-mail. Orders can be deleted from the 'Details' window. Multiple selection supported.
