PayPal have a number of different services, all are available in the cart.
PayPal standard integration and
PayPal express checkout are available to both
free and premium account holders. PayPal Pro,
PayFlow Pro and PayFlow Links are only available to
premium account holders.
Each method of integration has slightly different setup requirements.
Mostly you can just follow the instructions on the PayPal page in the cart setup
but there are some extra notes on these pages...
