Wrong info on Purchase Confirmation email

    When a customer buys from me, they get two emails:
    - A customer receipt (that I customized)
    - A Customer receipt/purchase confirmation (that I have not customized other than with my company name)

    The first email is fine.

    The second email (the purchase confirmation) uses the wrong information for the name and email address, and I have no idea how to change that. If possible I'd also like to change the subject to remove the words "customer receipt", but that's not critical).

    Where do I change this information?

    They shouldn't get 2 unless one is coming from PayPal? Are you using the HTML call feature to send an email or just the standard customer recept email?

    Just the standard, customizable customer receipt email found in the Email Settings tab.

    I solved the mystery. I looked in the headers and discovered that the non-customizable email was coming from Authorize.net, so I logged in and solved the problem.
