can I downgrade to free cart?

    I changed one cart to a premium cart a little over a year ago to use real time Fedex calcuations. They are not accurate. I also tried to use real time UPS and also not accurate. I tried adding a few $$ to calculations and some come back too high while others are still too low. Can I donwgrade back to the free cart or do I need to start a whole new free cart and change my html links to the new cart?

    You just need to email Mal and request to cancel the premium cart. You say your rates with the caluclators are not accurate. Did you include the product and packaging weight in your units field?

    Thanks Debbie,

    I already emailed and Mal and was told to just select the old shipping options. I did not want to do that and still pay for a premium cart. I will try emailing again.

    I am using ths eame cart links I have always used with the correct weights in them. Sometimes the return is $3-5 under and sometimes it is over what the actual label is when I generate shipping labels.
