Customer acknowledgement message

    I have ceased using Worldpay to process payments and have returned to processing Credit & Debit Cards through my electronic terminal.


    A customer sent me a copy of my automatically generated order acknowledgement, which stated.

    Thank you. Your Order has been successfully processed.

    However, this is incorrect because at this point I have not processed or verified whether the Card has been approved or declined.

    I have searched through my Premium Cart set up but cannot find how to alter the Thank you message.

    Does anyone have any ideas, any help most appreciated.

    If you go into your Cart Setup and select Email Settings, Email Customer Receipts, you will see your message in there. You could change it to something along the lines of:

    'We are in receipt of the following order...'

    I did alter the message and Submit in the above Emial Customer Receipts where it displays :- A message to appear at the top. Maximum 250 characters long:


    'Thank you for your valued order which will now be processed.'


    But it has not changed anything.
