We haven't received emails for 2 1/2 hours. I am hoping they will all come in at once and not just disappear like last time.

Thanks Cheryle. There is obviously a problem so I have sent Mal a message to ask if he could look into it.

Mal has responded immediately to my message to say that Spamhaus.org added the mail server's IP to a PBL block list a few hours ago, they miss-identifyed it as an IP for a home computer. They have said they will clear it from the list as soon as possible.

Spamhuas.org have now removed it from their PBL block list. It may take a few hours for some mail servers to pickup on that fact although I can see most are already accepting mail. No doubt yahoo.com will be a bit slow, they usually are.

Thank you for the update Linda and Mal.

Mal, will we be receiving the emails from earlier (our shipping software needs them) or will it just be "fixed" from this time forward.

It's up to your mail service what they do when someone tries to send them a message that they consider to be spam. My guess is that most will have been rejected completely so they will then be lost.

I probably should point out, many mail services don't use Spamhuas.org's PBL, Gmail.com for example, so only a proportion of people would have been effected. I reckon about half the emails were still being sent and accepted as normal.
