    To accommodate form elements such as text inputs, you will have to change your button syntax from hyperlinks to forms. Here's the first one to start you off.

    <form action="http://ww11.aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm"; method="post">
    <input type="hidden" name="userid" value="D0220724">
    <input type="hidden" name="price" value="15">
    <input type="hidden" name="product" value="HDMI Cable 0.50m">
    <input type="text" name="qty" size="3" value="1">
    <input type="hidden" name="return" value="www.ezyhd.com.au/EZYHD-Shop/">;
    <input type="hidden" name="nocart" value="1">
    <input type="image" src="http://www.ezyhd.com.au/shop/index_assets/btn_addtocart_r_off._V9545038_.gif"; align="absmiddle" border="0" onclick="alert('Item has been added to your cart\n\nPlease continue to shop or\n click View Cart to Pay &amp; Checkout');">
    </form>
