I wish to create a Checkbox at CHECKOUT only, where the customer can TICK a Checkbox to Claim a Free Item if the Invoice Total is over 99.99.

Anybody any ideas how this is set up.

    All help appreciated.

You can add the checkbox to the cart but as far as I know there is no way to make it so it only works if the total is over $99.99. You would need to police the orders.

Debbie Q, it's nice to have back on the Forums, you are a mine of info, I am sure other folk will benefit from your expert knowledge.

I have gone through the process of setting this up in the Cart Set Up but the Checkbox only appears at the bottom of the Purchase Details on the Checkout Page.

I would like it to automatically appear as a Product Line in the Cart whenever anyone makes a purchase, where they can tick the Checkbox if required. I will obviously police the situation regarding the 99.99.

Hi Don, Thanks for the welcome back. I haven't yet decided if I will stay or not. Depends on if I feel apreciated or not.

You could put the product code in the header of your cart just like you would put it on your website. Keep in mind that you are limited in characters and if you go over your limit you will break your cart. If you need more characters you might want to do a javascript call for the code instead. If you do not know how to do that David's tutorial will help. http://www.dobinsonsprings.com/styles/testing/250Limit/index.html

OF COURSE YOU ARE APPRECIATED, WOMAN! I just posted a reply to an old issue-I haven't been in here as much because I am having a hard time remembering which login and PW to use now that Mal has integrated them...I was fine before things changed...

Anyway, hope you do stay on~eventually people may catch on to this new forum, might just take a while...
I've pretty much got things figured out but on occasion I need help with MOrders DBPipeline stuff...that's a whole 'nuther animal~ ;)

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!
