mOrders Free "invalid payment password"

    Hi,

    I am trying to test out mOrders for a client and I am not able to download transactions. It says "invalid payment password". However, when I log in to check payments manually, that exact same password works. I've tried changing the password in the Preferences and it says "Your prefences have been saved" but it will still indicate "invalid payment password" when I attempt to download the records. I've attempted this about 10 times so I can't see how I can be making a typing mistake seeing as how I can log-in to the view the information just fine via the website. It's just mOrders that I can't access.

    Any idea what I need to do to get this working?
