Is there any way my premium cart can automatically add the shipping which is free UK, 3 flat rate international according to price?
I'm not happy about the lengthy nature of my premium cart, and I'm aware that I'm losing customers at the cart stage. I've been with Mal for about 10 years now, so my cart has been set up a long time - there's a chance I missed a new tweak that automated the system.

From the sound of it Julie, you are currently using four zones:

    UK
    International shipping option 1
    International shipping option 2
    International shipping option 3

As the shipping to the UK is free, then we only need to concern ourselves with the International zones.

Am I correct in thinking the 3 options might be:
    Next day signed for
    Next day
    2-3 Days
    Or similar?

If they are, which shipping option are you using right now?

Are you using a free cart or a premium?

Are you using the standard or advanced shipping calculations?

Having trouble with a form or need one building?
Fast turnaround, but I do charge :)

Mal's Forms / Scripts and the syntax are here.

    Premium Cart.
    Advanced Shipping.
All UK Orders - Delivered FREE, and with our compliments
    Rest of the World
10 for orders up to 100 value,
25 for orders up to 300,
    40 for orders above 300

Customer arrives at cart and wants to check out. Presses checkout button but instead is told to add their own shipping, this is happening for ALL orders whether UK or Intl. Adds shipping. Then has to press checkout button again.

It's just one too many issues right when they are ready to pay.

Shipping has to be added either at the cart as you're doing now or, by using your own external shipping calculator Julie.

Whichever way, the buyer has to select something.
