    Hi Daria,

    Try adding a quantity to the form as for example:
    <input type="hidden" name="qty" value="1" />

    Also loose the </a> I've no idea why it's there.

    As you've only one dropdown in your form, you can use add.cfm and drop the number (productpr (1)).

    I'd change you meta tag to one that is identified by browsers:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ansi_x3.110-1983" />

    <form method="post" action="http://ww12.aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm">;
    <input type="hidden" value="E5116459" name="userid" />
    <input type="hidden" value="www.dimariasgardenwebdesigns.com/print.html";; name="return" />
    <input type="hidden" name ="qty" value="1" />
    <select name="productpr">
    <option value="select here">Select Here</option>
    <option value="20 Cards, :5.00">20 Cards $5.00</option>
    <option value="50 Cards, :12.00">50 Cards $12.00</option>
    <option value="100 Cards, :20.00">100 Cards $20.00</option>
    <option value="250 Cards, :55.00">250 Cards $55.00</option>
    <option value="500 Cards, :100.00">100 Cards $100.00</option>
    </select>
    <br />
    <input type="image" alt="Add to Cart" value="Send" border="0" name="Add to Cart" src="orderbutton.gif" />
    </form>
