Customers with Hotmail address don't receive receipt

    Hello,

    It seems that customers with a Hotmail address don't receive a receipt after they order something in our store. The first customer contacting us about it is a few weeks ago. We have never had a problem in the six years that we are in business.

    We use a remote call script and a HTML format for our receipts. But this doesn't cause a problem with other email services like GMail.

    What can we do?

    From time to time different ISPs black list the emails. Usually it corrects it's self pretty quickly. Suggest to the customers to check their spam folders.
