I made a website for an association that holds a conference. People are signing up and there is a list of orders in the cart in the site, but the assoc has gotten no emails. I know the email is correct. It's a Gmail email. Any ideas what's wrong? I got her to check her spam folder.

    This is the website:
    http://vtvettechs.org/vvta-continuing-ed.html

There is a form, and the cart area is below that.
They are seeing the order list online, and getting the form, and the Paypal payment notification, just no email notification

Check the Spam folder. Maybe the order notifications are going there.

This is weird. I have a lot of other carts that work fine.

I just set up the cart to send me the order notification as well as the client. I did 2 test orders. The client received the form that's not part of the cart, and also received the Paypal payment notification. But as a pretend customer I got no order receipt and as the client I got no order notification from the cart. None of this is in my spam folder on my Gmail account.

Double check all your setup settings.

In the cart payment set up, click the "PayPal" link. 1) Check the button by Website Payments Standard. 2) Enter your PayPal email address. 3) Return the customer back to the cart. 4) check the box where it says "PayPal should make an IPN call to the cart to confirm when someone pays." Don't forget to check the update button at the bottom.

In PayPal Click the "Profile" tab. Under "Hosted payment Settings" find the "Website Payment Preferences" link and click it. Set "Auto return" to On and enter your website URL. It doesn't matter what you put there. The cart will override it and send the customer back to the Carts Thank-you page. Check the Payment Data Transfer "ON" button. Near the bottom under PayPal account optional click the "on" button.
