I wanted to do a promo this weekend giving free shipping for orders over a certain amount, but only for those in the U.S. The international orders I will give a credit to, but I figured that I would do that manually.

But I am not seeing any way to only do free shipping in the U.S. only. Is there any work around that I could do? I can set up a voucher/discount coupon, but that still will have the same problem of U.S. versus other countries.

If you have one table for US shipping. set it to charge zero.

Do you use standard or advanced shipping and what is the basis for charging? Cost, weight, or ..?

I use zones based on dollar amount. So I do have US and then All Other Countries.

But I want to give free shipping to orders over $100. I can't figure out how to set that up in a zone by money.

Have a cut off at 100 with a negative last line. For example

    UNITS COST
    20 ___ 5
    70 ___ 3
    10 ___ 2
    rest __ - 10
