accents not showing in emails.

    Hello,

    Suddenly, since august 29, accents are not showing in the notification email when we receive orders in French.

    We have for example, a square where we should have a e acute. Like this: Qu�bec, instead of Québec.

    Strangely, accents are showing just fine when we check orders directly into our cart account.

    Ideas anyone? Thanks!
