    Hi Guys,

Occasionally I receive two payments for the same Order, via PayPal.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a cure.

I only get one order reference from the Cart, but two separate PaPal references.

    Regards,

    Paul

It happens when the customer clicks the button twice to pay. There is a setting in PayPal to stop it.

    Hi Debbie,

    Thanks for that.

Do you have any idea where the setting is?

I've had a quick look around and can't see anything obvious.

    Regards,

    Paul

    Hi Debbie,

    Thanks for the details.

The bad news is that I followed your path, and that setting is already turned On.

Looks like I'll just have to live with it.

    Regards,

    Paul.
