    I received notice from PayPal that I need to add the following to my PHP IPN:

    $header="POST /cgi-bin/webscr HTTP/1.1\r\n";
    $header .="Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded\r\n";
    $header .="Host: [link removed]
    $header .="Connection: close\r\n\r\n";

    I submitted a support ticket to PayPal on August 22, and have not received a response.

    I don't know where to add this code in my IPN.

    Seems like there should be something else besides [link removed] on the HOST line.

    What do I need to do here?

    Any assistance that can be provided is appreciated!

    I am sure Mal will have this covered but I would email him directly to make sure. Post back here with your findings.

    Actually, I was making a big todo about nothing.

    I took a closer look at my IPN code and simply replaced the $header code already there with the new code.

    I've had several Paypal transactions since the change was made, so it appears to work!

    I guess we'll see after October 7!
