    We offer an E-Gift Certificate and do not want to charge shipping on this item as it is emailed. I tried and scode but it still applies free shipping for the entire order if something else is ordered. Is there a way to avoid charging the shipping for this one item even if it's combined with other orders that do need shipping ordered?

    Debbie,
    I looked at setting up selling vouchers but I need to add a drop down for options of different amounts. I am not sure how to add that to this form. It keeps coming up as $15.00.

    <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="http://ww#.aitsafe.com/cf/voucher.cfm">
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="userid" VALUE="gg12345">
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="gift_amount" VALUE="15.00">
    Name: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="gift_name">
    Email: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="gift_email">
    Message: <TEXTAREA name="gift_message"></TEXTAREA>
    <INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT" VALUE="Buy Me">
    </FORM>

    That's not one of the suggested solutions.

    How is shipping specified at present? Standard or Advanced?

    Is the basis for charging the order value, item quantity, or the units specification?

    Hi Alan,

    According to the support page - https://www.mals-e.com/tpv.php?tp=19 - for vouchers the following was listed as an option:

    "You may choose to use a drop down list for the gift_amount so people can select different voucher values."

    I'm just trying to figure out how to use a drop down menu with the code that was offered. I am trying to list 4-5 different $ options.

    How can I make this a drop down menu with options?

    I was responding to the thread about arranging free shipping on emailed items.

    One of your earlier threads referred to FEDEX. If you are using that method then giving the emailed item a units value of 0 means it would not affect the shipping calculation.

    Alan,

    I'm sorry if I confused things. I'm just trying to figure out how to sell "gift certificates" without charging shipping if it's combined with another item. It looks like vouchers are the way to go, but I can't figure out how to do that drop down menu with this code to offer options.
