I know this is not a "mals" issue but thought someone might be able to help or recommend where to get help. All of a sudden the traffic to our site is down, out of nowhere. From one month to the next down 50%. We use adwords, we also pay for some other advertising. The google webmater tools say there are no issues...I called my hosting company, they have no idea as well.

    I need help quick!

1/ you have two identical websites, giving Google the information that you are duplicating the site:
    http://www.medusasmakeup.com/
    http://medusasmakeup.com/
do a 301 redirect to one website.

2/ there is no such meta name as this, where did you pick it up form?
meta name="Offers trend-setting cosmetics from all natural Eye Dust, Glitter, Eye Shadow, Eyeliner, Body Shimmer, mineral makeup, Brushes & cruelty-free products"
    remove the meta tag.

3/ why are you not using the extremely important image alt and title tags? Bots cannot see images and you are missing out on valuable keywords.
    add descriptive text to images.

4/ other areas needing attention, please check all pages...
    http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.medusasmakeup.com%2Fglitter.htm

5/ hidden text, black font on a black background making the text invisible.

6/ empty pages are of no use to Google:
    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://www.medusasmakeup.com/about.htm&client=firefox-a&hs=r6J&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&strip=1
    add text content.

7/ are the paid ads using the nofollow attribute in the link to your site, if not, then each link needs to be.

8/ since November, it looks as though you are actively gaining links from possible paid for sources, is this correct?

9/ it looks as though your hosting is not set up correctly:
    http://www.intodns.com/medusasmakeup.com

10/ I could go on and no... you need to spend a great deal of time reading Google's help files.

you said "we also pay for some other advertising", hence my comment of:
7/ are the paid ads using the nofollow attribute in the link to your site, if not, then each link needs to be.

point 8 I used the word "possible".
