in a recent facebook post, mal suggested using mailgun to get around the new email settings he has had to put in place.

I went to the mailgun site via the link on here and it has some sort of code in front of the page. Looks like they have a problem but have no idea what or even it it is safe to go to their site (they may have been hacked).

I just want to find out more about mailgun.

Therefore can anyone a) shed light on what is up with their website and b) give us more info about what mailgun is.

Having trouble with a form or need one building?
Fast turnaround, but I do charge :)

Mal's Forms / Scripts and the syntax are here.

took a screen shot - this still doesn't look right

The page you took me too looks so complicated - not really sure if I am clever enough to set it up.

I am having to use this as mal has had to change the sent from email and bouncebacks are now going into a black hole. We often get customers mis-spell their email address, we rely on those boucebacks to be able to resend their email receipts when we find the correct email address.
