    Debbie Q said In cPanel it is called index manager but it is just editing the htaccess file. http://www.thesitewizard.com/apache/prevent-directory-listing-htaccess.shtml

    I believe you can also stop them from seeing the directory by making an index.html file and putting it in the folder.

    Hi Debbie,

    Done all that and now have a Forbidden folder, imaginative file name a test page with a down-loadable product on it and the product entered into my download database within Mal's Cart.

    When I test it, everything seems to work, I can add the product to my cart and pay for it with no problems.

    I get email confirmation, my imaginary customer gets email confirmation, BUT no file to download.

    What have I done wrong?

    Here's the Buy Now Button:-

    <form action=http://ww5.aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm method=post>
    <input type="hidden" name="return" value="www.craftee.co.uk/downloads01.html#ifd101">;
    <input type=hidden name=userid value=78209165>
    <input type=hidden name=pcode value=ifd101>
    <input type="hidden" name="noship" value="1">
    <input type=submit value="Buy Now">
    </form>

    Here's the entry from Mal's database:-

    ifd101 Circle Iris Folding Template 0.50 <a href=http://www.craftee.co.uk/DrYxlN99x00WczO/ifd101-8pNKR4.pdf</a>

    This is copied from my Cart set up page, so is not formatted as a database entry.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Paul
