I have been using the email a copy of this order to your customer feature for a while when customers make changes to their orders. It has always worked well.
The last few days it has not worked at all. Yes I know email is not 100% but I have tried several different email address to resend the email (changing the customers address in the order) but none of them have arrived. The customer is now getting annoyed and saying she needs a new receipt or she will go elsewhere.
To get round it we are going to put a new order in to ourselves so we can get the receipt and resend it to her after amending it in outlook. Not ideal.
    Anyone else?
    Any ideas?

Have you tried changing the email of the copy to your own email address?

I did try to resend to my own email, several different ones just in case one was blocked. No Joy.

Not sure what you mean about opening in mals and copy and pasting into a new email.

I now have another one I need to do.

Instead of clicking "email customer receipt" click "Display this order." Copy the order info, paste it into a new email and send it to the customer.

Ok - but that will not be set out like their customer receipt would be - with the VAT number etc.

I will think of a way around it but would rather the system worked :-P

Will post on mals facebook as he seems to check that more often.

Just thought I would update this topic.
After posting on Facebook, Mal got back to me very quickly. He checked all my accounts and did test purchases and test email re-sending. Everything worked for him but still does not for me. It must be something at my IP that is stopping it.
To get round this problem I now have a template on my email programme which I can edit and resend to customers with all the VAT info etc exactly as it would be on the email receipt. Bit clunky but better than nothing.
