Pay Pal and additional customer receipt?

    I would like to know, if it's possible when customers pay with pay pal, that they receive an additional customer receipts as well.

    They do receive a confirmation email from PayPal detailing their order.

    Having trouble with a form or need one building?

    What details are they sent by doing a Bank transfer as opposed to what they are sent from Mal's if paying by PayPal?

    Make sure you have set-up the IPN script and enable auto-return at Paypal and the cart and they will get a cart order notification.

    GT - PayPal truncates the order information.

    once again thank you for the quick answer, we do you have a specific template which the customer receives when he finished the order.
    with all the bank in payment information.
    so the question is, is there any chance to send the customer the same template which we sent the customer automatically from the system as well for a papal order.?

    The email template page says...

    Customer receipts

    The cart can be configured to send a receipt to the customer when they place an order. Of course this is only sent if they enter a valid email address!

    Email a receipt to the customer

    Enter the email address you wish to use as the From: address:

    Subject line for the receipt, if you leave it blank it will default to Customer receipt - XXXXX:

    Text email message settings

    Even if you chose to use HTML email, a text version is included for those people whom have HTML turned off in the email program.

    A message to appear at the top. Maximum 250 characters long:

    Chars remaining: 255

    Include the following information in the body of the receipt:

    Prices and totals
    The cart contents (what was ordered)
    Billing address
    Shipping address

    A message to appear at the foot. Maximum 250 characters long:

    Chars remaining: 255

    HTML email message settings

    Include an HTML email version

    You can use your own HTML template if you wish. That means you can include your own images as long as you remember to make them absolute URLs (with http:// and your domain name at the begining). If you leave the template box below empty then a default HTML template is used.
