Unknown shipping zone

    Hi,

    We use shipping option 7 with 4 shipping zones for various regions.

    Yesterday we got an order which somehow had shipping zone 6 which means the cart has not calculated any shipping at all - the customer thinks we are shipping for free.

    Has anyone else had this problem ?

    With shipping options 5 and 7, if the cart knows that shipping is going to be free because there are no shipping "units" in the order, it does not bother the customer to select a zone. Instead it sets the zone to 6 and shipping to 0.

    First step must be to check that the product had a units value.

    That's what was wrong - 'units' contained a typo.

    Fixed now.
