Although I have my cart set up NOT to receive PO Box addresses - An order has just come through, the guy has placed a space between the P & O = P O Box.

I have notified him and asked for a verified address because it's a Signed For delivery.

I have Emailed Mal suggesting that the validation should check for the word Box and not PO because the P (space) O is getting around it.

Has anyone else had this problem.

We don't have Mals block it but we do have a note in the shopping basket. It might be worth doing that too.

But people will still ignore it. We just usually send them an "automated" email saying the order has been cancelled automatically because of the PO Box and please re-order with a valid address. Yes we lose the odd sale, but most re-order.

Blocking "box" may not help, there are quite a few valid addresses with box in them :-)

Life is too short to work 8 hours a day - thats why I work 16 :-)

Yes, Mal basically said the same thing, I will have to live with it. I did Email the buyer for an alternative address which he has supplied, so all OK.
