    Hi,
    Newbie here, extremely technically challenged. Have just published our website/shop through Serif Webplus x8 using Mal's add to basket form along with a view basket button. The site is currently without a Continue Shopping button but have been trying to configure one to return to the shop. I have been searching and searching trying to get a clear answer to this and having used www.yoursite.com/shop.htm this only brought me to a 404 page, so can anyone advise as simply as possible?
    Thanks

    The continue shopping button comes when you put a field called return in your code. When you said you used www.yoursite.com/shop.html did you replace that with the URL of your website? Is your website live?

    Thanks,
    Website is www.battylindy.com
    I've tried adding www.battylindy.com/shop.htm www.battylindy.com/shop.html amongst other URL strings for the return button and whilst the html version above actually brought me back to the shop, it worked for the first return but then defeated itself for any further attempts.

    You need to insert another line in your Form as below.

    <input type="hidden" name="product1[]" value="Country Cycling">
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="return" VALUE="www.battylindy.com/shop.html">;
    <input type="hidden" name="scode1" value="A03">
    <input type="hidden" name="price1" value="2.30">

    Hi,
    Thanks for the info, is that just the website url line or the other strings as well?

    You have to insert that line into every Form - Each separate Form adds that particular product to the Cart and the Cart needs to be told which Page/Product you want it to Return to.

    Is it that I just have to insert the line as you included (as below) to each form or do the other strings have to be integrated, if so I am somewhat confused where to start?

    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="return" VALUE="www.battylindy.com/shop.html">;;

    As I have said, this needs to be added to EVERY Form that you have for EVERY Product you are selling.

    It should therefore look like this.

    <form id="form_56" action="http://ww8.aitsafe.com/cf/addmulti.cfm"; method="post" target="_self" class="OBJ-9" style="position:absolute;left:40px;top:491px;width:431px;height:233px;">
    <input type="hidden" name="currency" value="">
    <input type="hidden" name="product1[]" value="Country Cycling">
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="return" VALUE="www.battylindy.com/shop.html">;;
    <input type="hidden" name="scode1" value="A03">
    <input type="hidden" name="price1" value="2.30">
    <input type="hidden" name="lg" value="14">
    <input type="hidden" name="userid" value="A8399208">

    By inserting the above line, it will automatically show a 'Carry on Shopping' button on your Cart page.

    Where the word 'shop.html' is the page the cart will return to, if you wish to return to a different page then alter to suit.

    Come on, experiment with what I have shown you otherwise you won't get anywhere.
