Hi, and thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide! :)

I have a premium account, and am setting shipping up using the USPS calculator based on weight.

What is the best way to deal with multiple products? I have searched the forum for help, and although I found at least one other similar post, there wasn't a reply that addressed the issue.

If I put actual weight of products, shipping weight will be light, as packaging is not accounted for. If I put in weight based on product plus packaging, total weight will be heavy for multiple items.

I know that some shipping calculators allow a field for entering packaging weight, but I do not see a place to do that in the USPS shipping set up.

    How should this be handled?

    Thanks!! :)

The only option I see other than the weight adjustment is to specify a flat percentage addition to the USPS calculation .

Thanks, Alan... I guess I'll need to think on this further... strange that there isn't a simple solution as I would think most every online merchant that ships physical goods must deal with this issue.
