    I just got shot of Google after a brief experiment; options are the usual mals form sending card details to me (75%) Paypal (25%) and a list of exotic things like cheques in foreign currencies.

    I think the high rate of Paypal-preferrers shows nervousness; there's probably a lot to be done with re-assuring layout and good site maintenance to keep the customers re-assured, on the site, the cart, and the paypal page. Some customers are US-based buying from the UK and I haven't yet given them a guide to what the total will be.
