    You are close. Your personalization boxes have the brackets in the wrong place. They go after the numbers. You also don't have any code for telling what is going into the cart.

    <input type=text name="qty1" size="5" maxlength="4"></font></td>
    <td width="125" valign=top><font face="Verdana" size="2">GREEN</font></td>
    <input type=hidden name="product1[]" value="Green Wrapper">
    <td width="264" valign=top align="right">
    <b>
    <font face="Verdana">
    <input type=text name="product1[]" size="40" maxlength="40">

    Edited: one more question...should i change the qty to 2 and 3, etc....or do i leave it at 1...if I leave it at 1 it lists both green and yellow together, but if i put qty2 it doesnt list them int he cart.

    <input type=text name="qty1" size="5" maxlength="4"></font></b></td>
    <td width="125" valign=top><font face="Verdana" size="2">GREEN</font></td>
    <input type=hidden name="product1[]" value="Green Scarecrow Wrapper">
