    I just spoke with a customer who had the very same problem today, the cart would not accept his card payment option.

    so while I had him on the phone, I went in to Paypal config in Mals, and UNchanged Website Payments Pro - Premium accounts only

    that fixed the problem, and it works if I set the cart to Express checkout.
