    Hi,
    We haven't had any problems with orders having lines missing but do wish you could re-download orders into mOrders.
    We've occasionally deleted orders when the customer hasn't completed a payment, only to get a PayPal payment separately or over the phone couple of days later - we resort to re-entering the order manually on our website from the admin copy which gets the data back into mOrders but with the wrong order ref number (which can't be edited in mOrders).
    I guess that if you clear the database and then re-download everything, you will get the recent order back, but you will only get the last 8 weeks I think.
