    Is it possible to change the text in the cart where it says 'Card payment by Nochex' ? I'd rather it just say 'credit card payment' so it doesn't confuse customers.
    btw, I am new to mal's, installing it on a new venture for a friend.

    Cart Setup -> Logo and Header Message -> Header Message ->

    <script>function x(){document.body.innerHTML=document.body.innerHTML.replace(/Card payment by Nochex/gi,"credit card payment");}onload=x;</script>

    Thanks Geoff, that is brilliant! One small change, it didn't work from Cart Setup -> Logo and Header Message -> Header Message but I tried Cart setup>>>Customise>>>other messages and general settings>>Payments message.
    Absolutely brilliant, thank you!!

    Very Nice GEOFF! I was looking for something like that to rename what PayPal says, so I changed mine to:
    Payment options-
    > Payment by Credit card
    > Payment By PayPal. Processes All Major Credit Cards, Debit and Checks. ***PayPal Account Not Required***.
    > Money Order

    Is there a way to make 'Payment by Credit card" ALL CAPS?? Or do I need to add the whole code for that too, to make that change?

    I tried to add the script to rename the "payment by credit card" but since I have the other script in there, it will not allow much more text. Only 255 characters. Anyway to get it to hold more text?

    "PAYMENTS MESSAGE Maximum space is 255 characters."

    Any suggestions???

    1. Copy the javascript function (without the <script></script> tags) to a separate js file and name it "replace.js" (for example)

    2. In Payment messages, reference your new file thus -
    <script src="http://www.yoursite.co.uk/replace.js"></script>;

    Thanks Geoff, that works really well. I have it as a .js file to overcome the 255 character issue as well. I also have additional text in the Payments Message box and it all fits nicely now. :)

    Being able to change what Mal had in there was brilliant. It has often been requested that the standard text be reworded but this fix is a brilliant workaround.

    Neil (or Geoff),

    I cannot seem to get my code to work for the JS file. Neil, can you give me exactly what you have? I must be doing something wrong. Then I can modify it for my needs.

    Thanks!
