    I need a form whereby the product is called Payment to XXXXX, and the customer adds in which invoice number and the amount they are paying. It is so long since I have done these forms I keep coming up blank (in my brain)

    I use this.

    <form style="display:inline; margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px;" method="POST" action="">;
    <input type="hidden" name="userid" value="???????">
    <input type="hidden" name="product[]" value="Top Up Payment">
    <INPUT type="hidden" name="return" value="">;
    <INPUT size=8 name=price>
    <INPUT type="submit" value= Pay-Now > <INPUT type="reset" value= Reset >

    Of course you would also need to add a text box for the customer to ender the invoice number.

    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="userid" VALUE="123456">
    <input type="hidden" name="product[]" value="Payment to,">
    Invoice Number: <input type="text" size="20" name="product[]">
    <INPUT type="hidden" name="return" value="">;
    Payment amount: <input type="text" size="6" name="price">
    <INPUT type="submit" value= Pay-Now >
