Under mTracker/ Transactions. Allocated means Customer paid and you made sure all numbers are right and that it is a good sale and the affialiate is suppose to get credit for it. Paid makes a list of all allocated sales telling how much each affilate is suppose to get paid so you can pay them.

    Debbie,
I made a test affiliate and a test transaction. The transaction appeared under new transactions and I marked it as allocated. When I go to the paid list, nothing is there. There must be a check box somewhere between allocated and paid.

This is what is in the paid list:
Once a transaction becomes status Paid it is subject to automatic deletion after eight weeks!

You can edit a transaction up to the point that it becomes status Paid. Allocated transactions are visable to affiliates in their statistics area.
    Edit Primary Secondary
ID Date Sale Aff ID Pay Aff ID Pay Allocate

    No records found!

Also, how do you assign 2nd tier? Are their any directions for mTracker?

Sorry... It has been a while since I was in there. The payment link is Month End/ download payments.

I don't use a 2 tier program but when you go into list affiliate and click on the affiliate's number it allows you to edit the information and select who they are secondary affiliate to.

No instructions that I know of.
