What happens when you archive orders? Where does it go? Where is it saved? How do you get it back. How long does is it saved in archive.

Under orders is a link to current orders and archived orders. They are stored on Mal's server. It says it stores the archived orders for 6 months and they are automaticly deleted.

    Debbie,
Thanks for that info. Do you know how to retrieve an archived order?

By clicking the archive order link in admin and then clicking on the order number. Works the same as the current orders do.

Thanks. I archived an order to see how it works and it works fine. The problem I had with retrieval was that Archived Orders do not appear as a selection until an order is actually archived.

I archived one by accident. I wish you could unarchive them. LOL
