    I have never experienced a delay from Mal responding to my support emails. However, I have a premium account, not a free one. Maybe free accounts get ignored for this level of support?

    As premium accounts are needed for custom payment gateways anyway, I'd suggest you upgrade and then fire some support requests off. It's very good value for money.
