    After entering something in the Customer Message Field, if the customer clicks 'Continue Shopping', what they've just entered is lost. They need to click either 'Recalculate' or 'Go to Checkout / Go to Payments' for it to be recorded. Our product offering is customisable and this has caused some huge customer satisfaction issues for us.

    Does this sound like what might be happening to you? As a work-around (not ideal), you can customise the description of this field and remind them to click 'Recalculate' after. We also remind them in the Footer.
