    I have not used the TEST MODE but the problem you have could be because of a couple of reasons. The reason why you have not received a confirmation email and the order is red is because the cart doesn't know that payment has been successful. The resolution of the issue is almost certainly in the 'Transaction Feedback' section of the Technical Information section in your Barclays back office configuration.

    Check that:

    a) The timing of the request is always online and the URL if the payment status is accepted is: where x is the server number of your cart.

    b) The basic authentication credentials include your cart number (username) and cart password (password)

    The payment will be in red if the payment was not validated for whatever reason.
