Unable to process CC orders - sometimes

    Every now and then, a customer reports that they are unable to complete their purchase, and after entering their CC info, they get a message saying something like their order could not be processed - and no reason given.

    We did a quick check of our Mal's cart, and, of course, nothing has been changed. Any suggestions on where to check and how to clear this up? We use Authorize as our payment gateway. Could there be a glitch between the cart + Authorize?
