Order Notification - Issue

    I am trying to set up a new cart that collects some sensitive information in a few fields (Social Security/TaxID, and the 2 additional information fields) and am trying to prevent this information from being sent in the notification emails. I am successful with the "Email Customer Receipt" emails in both the HTML and Text versions, but the "Order Notifications" email that I receive continue to include these fields even when I just have the "The cart contents (what was ordered)" and the "A quick link to standard Admin (not Restricted Admin)" checked in the administration area. Since I can't customized the HTML that I receive I am just using the Text version. I assume this is a know issue or a bug, but what to see if others are experiencing this.
