    I have found on my site the return url back to my site is causing it to say my site is not secure because its not using https.

    am I correct in thinking we set the return url like this in mals forms

    <input type="hidden" name="return" value="www.mysite/mypage.html">

    and not like this

    <input type="hidden" name="return" value="https://www.mysite/mypage.html">;

    and can we change this
    <form action=""; method="post">

    to https as well

    If you have an SSL for your site and all content is hosted under your domain, then there should be no error warnings.

    If you do not have an SSL with your site, then coming from a secure site to a non-secure site will give a warning.

    If you have an SSL, have you done a 301 redirect from http to https?

    Having trouble with a form or need one building?
    Fast turnaround, but I do charge :)

    Mal's Forms / Scripts and the syntax are here.

    Thanks GT for the info.

    Yes I do have ssl on my site and yes I also have a 301 redirect.

    After talking with my host they checked the site and have advised me I have to update the links in the mals code to https like this

    <form action="";; method="post">

    once I did that everything how shows secure and is fine

    this is the 301 redirect that was added to my site

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
