    message from Buyer:

    to Many Horses

I have tried the last two evenings to order the following, but the message I get I have copied below. I have done it enough times, that I know I am putting everything in right. I also put in my credit card information (discover card). But it just always says same thing.

Sorry! - it was not possible to complete this transaction
10501: This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

I have Express Checkout configured in my cart, should take them directly to Paypal-I have changed nothing in my MOrders or Paypal configs.

    - My API is configured correctly in Paypal as well, nothing has changed.

We received 3 successful Paypal-paid downloaded orders in MOrders, from our website today and several yesterday. Then later tonight a customer stated her order would not go through after putting in her credit card.

can anyone suggest what else I might need to look for?

    TIA,
    Sandra

I just spoke with a customer who had the very same problem today, the cart would not accept his card payment option.

so while I had him on the phone, I went in to Paypal config in Mals, and UNchanged Website Payments Pro - Premium accounts only

that fixed the problem, and it works if I set the cart to Express checkout.
