    Hi Debbie,

    I can't see how the cart could charge shipping without the person entering their zip code. I can't see how this party completed their order without entering ANY of this important information. When I try, it keeps telling me to "go back and enter the information".

    We cannot ship their purchase without their address!? It all seems kind of fishy.

    What do you need in order to look at our setup? here is the new site:
