    I have contacted him and he only responded once. He says that he has tested it multiple times on other accounts but can't understand why it isn't working for me. Everyone I talk to between the merchant account, this shopping cart, and the hosting server are all blaming each other. I am the customer, and I'm looking for answers. I don't care where the problem is, I just want to fix it.

    If ANYONE knows what I'm talking about and can tell me something I haven't writing a special php.ini file just for my site to increase the time out session which didn't work and that's what i was told to do.....i would really appreciate it.
