    Hi, I'm trying to set up a gift voucher on my website with a drop-down for the amount of the certificate. I cannot get it to work. Here is the code:

    <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="http://ww12.aitsafe.com/cf/voucher.cfm">;
    <INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME="userid" VALUE="E620196">
    <select size="1"name="gift_amount ">
    <option VALUE="$10 Gift Certificate:10">$10.00</option>
    <option VALUE="$Gift Certificate:25">$25.00</option>
    <option VALUE="Gift Certificate:50">$50.00</option>
    <option VALUE="Gift Certificate:75">$75.00</option>
    <option VALUE="Gift Certificate:10">$100.00</option>
    <option VALUE="Gift Certificate:25">$150.00</option>
    <option VALUE="Gift Certificate:50">$200.00</option>
    </select>
    Name: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="gift_name">
    Email: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="gift_email">
    Message: <TEXTAREA name="gift_message"></TEXTAREA>
    <INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT" VALUE="Buy Me" style="font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; font-family: Verdana; cursor: hand; border: 1px solid Black; background: #FFFF99">
    </FORM>

    Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

    Stan

    Anybody? I'm sure it's something simple that I am missing...just can't find it.

    Ok....so, how about this. Is there a way to make the amount customer defined?

    I had a similar problem. I think the problem lies with this line:

    <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="http://ww12.aitsafe.com/cf/voucher.cfm">;;

    It would take me to an empty shopping cart when I tested it.

    This line needs "addmulti" in it somewhere so it knows where to look for the price, I think. I don't have the answer...maybe someone else does? I've bypassed it for now by putting gift certificates in a separate cart with no tax or shipping charged, but it does not show up in my voucher order form.

    Thanks for your input, chilled. I just went ahead and added 6 seperate forms, each with a different amount. Looks kinda stupid but I never figured out why my drop-downs wouldn't work...and folks definately weren't beating a path to my post to offer suggestions. Present company excepted of course ;-)

    I'm trying to get the drop down box too, so if anyone has any input it would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Can anyone help with this to make the drop down list work?

    I have no problem making drop downs
    but this evidently is not the correct line to use?

    <input name="userid" type="hidden" value="E620196">
    <select name="productpr">

    </select>
    Name: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="gift_name">
    Email: <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="gift_email">

    Thats weird it was working form me but I realised there is a ; at the end of the first line just make the line like this and add the rest of the code as normal.

    <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="http://ww12.aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm">;

    here is a screenshot of what I see using this code.
