It is not magical, this service is free/low cost because it is a DIY service! That means, in order to use it you need to be prepared to read and follow the instructions in the support section. I don't mind helping people who have made a genuine effort and failed to find a solution but I'm afraid the answer to most questions I am asked was on one of the pages listed below:




Premium accounts do not get special treatment, I treat all people equally! However I do prioritize problems with payment proccessors as they often effect other people too.


I do not offer telephone support, I'm sorry but it is just too expensive for a free service! Technical issues nearly always need to need to be written down anyway.


I try to respond to all proper emails by the end of the next working day so if you don't hear from me then try again, it means that I probably didn't get your message. Please quote your shopping cart username in all your emails!
